We woke McKinley up by singing "Happy Birthday." We asked her what she wanted to do for her special day...and the only thing she wanted was a cake with candles. We knew she couldn't wait until that evening, so I put candles in her pancake and we let her blow them out.
The candles kept melting because the pancake was so hot!
