next looking up the stairs,
then to the formal living room on the right. The living room is big and I don't know what we will do with it!
Now going to the left, the coat closet and dining room
The dining room has been repainted, and looks so much better then the rest of the house!
This is the half bath in the hallway, very nice to have!
At the end of the hallway looking back at the front door
At the end of the hallway, to the right is the family room. I love the fireplace (gas, which I like because no mess!) It is very big too!
Door to the deck and backyard. The deck is a very good size, and the yard has lots of mature trees. I think I am going to ask for a hammock for my birthday! (my dream is to relax in a hammock while my kids run around in the yard, kind of like the eye of a tornado, calm with chaos all around!)
Into the kitchen on the left. Door to the garage and the ugly laundry closet (we have plans to make a separate laundry/mud room!)
Parker posing in the kitchen while our real estate agent works up a contract. Actually we were testing the stove and all the water.
I think back in the day this house was top of the line with a built in radio/intercom system. We will use it a lot, but it looks so old!
More kitchen and our lovely agent (she is really good!)
More kitchen...lots more kitchen
the eat-in area, that will have more cabinets when we are finished! It is too small for our table, and we have different plans for an eat-in area.
Functional but ugly laundry closet
Looking back into the dining room
The garage, nothing special here.
Now you all will feel like you have been to our house! Enjoy the pictures, we will do before and afters once we start on all our little projects!the first video is of the master bath and bedroom with the great views! Second is the deck and backyard, then the upstairs landing with the door to the bathroom 3rd bedroom and master. Last video is of the unfinished basement (Parkers place)!
YAY!!!!!
